Ages: 9mo-5yrs
Our preschool program is designed to introduce the basics of gymnastics, balance, body movement, and self-esteem. Parent participation is required for our 9-23 months old classes and 2 year old classes is optional. All Preschool classes are co-ed and are based on age.
Ages: 5yrs+
The girls program is designed to introduce the gymnast to the love of gymnastics. In this program, they begin their training on vault, bars, beam, floor. Beginning level is our White Ribbon class and move through Red Ribbon, Blue Ribbon, Bronze Medal, and lastly Silver Medal. Our competitive teams are by tryout and invite only.
Ages: 6-8yrs+
Our tumbling program is geared towards students that would like to learn to tumble and/or learn to use the trampoline. This program is also great for those that would like to supplement their gymnastics with more tumbling skills. Tumbling classes are and co-ed. We offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced.
